Recently the Grand Lido hotel in Negril has had 500 and more reasons to celebrate.
The hotel received its 500th repeat guests for 1991 and the red carpet was rolled out for a lucky couple who had that lucky number.
Judy and Wayne Heller of Florida State, USA arrived to a surprise welcome ceremony at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay and were then whisked by helicopter to Negril where a wonderful vacation with all the frills above and beyond the regular pampering service awaited them.
A whirlwind of private parties, romantic dinners alone on the hotel’s luxurious yacht, “M/Y Zein”, and tours were just part of what was placed on the proverbial silver platter for the Hellers, and oh how they enjoyed every minute of the celebrity treatment.
The couple will get the chance of a repeat performance at their leisure, as on depart, they received a gift certificate and complimentary tickets enabling them to return to Grand Lido on board Pan Am Airlines at anytime.
